Dear Doctor,

I ritasha, suffering from cerebral palsy visited your clinic on 21october 2017.  There’s improvement in my throat and jaw pain.

My medicine was for 3 months.  It will be finished on 21^st Jan 2018 .We need further medication. Here attachment of my photo.
